This greenfield dream center campus in Greensboro represents a unique opportunity for companies seeking scalable AI-ready data center space in conjunction with AI talent in the booming Carolina Core, a region attracting innovative aerospace, biomedical, and manufacturing companies. This dream center will be built to suit anchor tenant specifications for high-density GPU workloads. The anchor tenant will have naming right options to the initial data center building to be built within the Gateway Research Park near North Carolina Agricultural and Technical (NCA&T) University.
A Workshop for Innovation
In addition to white floor space, the Greensboro Dream Center will include an innovation center with virtual reality and mixed reality workspaces, collaboration spaces, a robotics lab, and a fabrication and prototyping lab.
University-Accredited AI Talent Pool
NCA&T is one of the only universities in the U.S. that offers a bachelor’s degree in AI. The degree program includes courses in data analytics, regression analysis, AI, and machine learning, and robotics. As a partner of the Dream Center project, NCA&T’s program will provide a competitive advantage for the Dream Center’s anchor tenant, with the option to customize internship programs to fit their technology needs.
